Custom pieces are made to suit your unique measurements and are therefore non exchangeable. There is a acknowledgement at the checkout that the measurements provided are correct. If there are any uncertainties regarding measurements do not hesitate to contact for assistance at sandyrosete@outlook.com

If you wish to make an return or exchange on any swimwear purchased at www.sandyrosete.ca please send an email through the contact page within seven days of receiving swimwear to be authorized for an exchange. I will then send you you instructions for a return shipping label (no extra cost to you). Print label at home or scan phone at a Canada Post office. The poly mailer the swimsuit comes in has a second seal. You should be able to use it again. 

Your swimwear must be unused, unwashed and in the same condition as received with all the original tags attached. Sanitary stickers must not be removed. Once your swimwear is received it will be looked at and you will be notified by email to process an exchange within five business days. Return your purchased swimwear within twenty days of receipt.
